Tips for Bike riders
1 . Concentration :- Loss of focus causes more problems than any thing else.
2. Use the best tyres you can afford. They are your sole contact with the ground.
3. Take gloves longer they prevent you wrist area from touching tarmac in a crash as friction tries to separate the glove and jacket cuff.
4.Clean your visor .Motorcycle work a lot better when you can see where you are going
5. Watch the front wheel of the vehicle around you .They are the first sigh that a vehicle is about change direction.
6. Buy the best helmet you can afford . They are made for head protection
7. Wear ankle covering boots in preference to sneakers .Covering the ankles protect the ankle bone.
8. Fill-up when the tank reaches last quarter on the highway
9 Get the bike to fit you . Change lever ,mirror and foot peg ,pedal positions to fit your physical size.All this take five minutes.
10. If your motorcycle is knocking or not running well, try changing the fuel pump you regularly use. Sometimes its bad fuel rather than the motorcycle.
11 Keep distance. All four wheeler can generally a lot quicker than a motorcycle or scooter. Give yourself space and avoid riding close to other vehicles.
12. Avoid riding highways at night. It is not safe for you. If you must, get lots of reflective tap on your jacket, luggage and motorcycle,consider upgrading your head lamps to HIDs.

29. In a heavy wind, park on the side stand with the stand down wind. The motorcycle is more stable on the side stand than the center stand, because the wind presses the bike down on to the side stand.

Here are some important tips that are useful in the time of emergency.
You should keep ready to yourself.
1. Set up the clutch lever by adjusting the clutch cable adjuster.
2. Now adjust the clutch and the rattle but do not stiffen them completly.
3. The clutch lever of the motorcycle should have a 5-to7mm of play.
4. remove the calliper mounts to access the disc pads.
5. For brake emits a screeching sound when applied.It means the brake-pads
are worm out or have glazed [shiny layer on its surface].
6. Check the brake pads for wear if the brake fluid level is low,replace the fluid within a year to avoid slugging.
7. Unscrew the cover of the air fill 8. Remove the panel of the left side to access the air filter.
9.Top up the reservoir with the recommended brake fluid.
10. Rub the brake pad with the sand paper to remove the glazing . If the pads
has become worm out replace them at once.
11. Drain the water and dirt settles down at the bottom of the carburetor completely
by loosing the screws on the float after shut off the fuel supply tap to protection.
12. Pull the foam out of the mesh.
13. Clean the foam complete with kerosene oil.
14. You can wash the foam with the detergent and water also.
15.Now bring the engine to running temperature before adjusting idling screw while
setting up the engine idling rpm.
